MOLD FABRICATION

VS Group creates tools for consumer electronics, home appliances, automobiles, and information technology (IT) products.

Our Group is staffed with highly qualified individuals with extensive design / mould making experience, as well as the most recent CAD / CAM capabilities and other complex CNC machinery to satisfy the needs of our customers.

PLASTIC INJECTION MOLD

Our plastics injection moulding team has many years of rich and practical experience in moulding. We can provide solutions to most types of high quality and precision moulded plastics.

VS Vietnam has more than 120 units injection machines ranging from 60 tonnes to 800 tonnes.

SMT

SMT operations use modern manufacturing techniques. Current management system and practises primarily involved in Printed Circuit Boards Assemblies for high-end consumers (PCBA) electrical products.

Utilize advanced technology for component installation, precision paste printing, insertion, and operational testing in high-speed machines.

UNIT ASSEMBLY

Assembly operations handle large-scale sub-assembly and full-assembly manufacturing for consumer electronics and household appliances. They operate in a clean, dust-free environment and implement lean manufacturing techniques to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
